URsignature operates an online store selling fragrance products to customers in India through https://ursignaturescent.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be included or shown at checkout as required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or policy violations.

4. Orders and payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful prepaid payment through our payment partner, Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and other supported methods).

We do not offer cash-on-delivery unless explicitly stated on the website.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Returns page.

Because fragrance products are hygiene-sensitive, opened or unsealed items may not be eligible for return except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with website security or availability
• Submit false, misleading, or duplicate account or order information
• Resell products in violation of applicable law or our policies

8. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and design elements are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Product inspiration references do not imply affiliation with third-party luxury brands unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide you additional rights.
