Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to prepaid orders placed on https://ursignaturescent.com. These policies are provided as general information templates and do not constitute legal advice. Please have them reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on them for compliance purposes.

1. Prepaid orders

All online orders are prepaid through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

If payment fails or is cancelled before confirmation, no charge is completed and no order is created.

2. Order cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at hello@ursignature.com or via WhatsApp on our Contact page.

If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Returns (unopened products only)

Because fragrance products are hygiene-sensitive, we accept returns only for unopened, sealed, and unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Opened, sprayed, or tampered products cannot be returned except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Non-returnable situations

Returns may be declined if:

  • The product seal has been broken or the item has been used
  • The return request is made after the eligible return window
  • The product was purchased during a final-sale promotion clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Damage is due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider timelines may add additional processing days.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a payment concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

Unauthorised chargebacks without contacting support may delay resolution and account review.
